What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you pick and your message. We also keep a hashed version of your IP address and your browser type to prevent abuse.
Server logs: standard technical logs (time, requested page, status) kept for security and troubleshooting, without tracking profiles.
Why and on what basis
We use contact form data to answer your message and, where relevant, to prepare a collaboration (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under the GDPR). We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties, other than the email provider that delivers it to our team.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are deleted 12 months after we receive them, unless a collaboration follows. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses no analytics by default. If anonymous, cookie-free analytics is switched on, it counts page views without identifying you. Details are in our cookie notice.
Embedded video
Trailers and the showreel are hosted by Vimeo or YouTube. The player only loads after you press play; from that moment their privacy policies apply.
Where your data lives
The website and its database are hosted on a server in the European Union. Emails are delivered through our email provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@sputnik.be and we will respond within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
Changes
We update this notice when the site or the law changes. The date of the latest version is shown in the admin.
